For this gym addition we created a new space with a seamless transition from the existing home. A bright wall of windows and doors not only allow easy access from the outdoor living area, they provide excellent light and create a more open feel to the space. A mini-split A/C system was added to give the owner complete control of the gym temperature independent of the main home system. Special flooring was used to protect both the foundation and gym equipment from damage.
